I am a confidence and empowerment coach. I was not always this confident and empowered. I used to be the woman who did not value her worth, who people pleased and had literally no boundaries, so much so I ended up in a domestically abusive relationship for 2 years. Coming from a chaotic early family life and sexual abuse my subconscious was always craving the chaos. Until I reached my breaking point, physically and emotionally. I broke my hand in 2019 defending myself from my abuser, and from that moment I knew this was not the life I wanted to live. I left my home in Washington DC drove to Tampa Florida with no plan and no money. I had a spiritual awakening and went through a journey of hiring coaches, meditating, feminine embodiment and taking responsibility for my own decisions. I stopped blaming and started taking the responsibility I needed so I could, heal to overcome past traumas and step into the woman I was meant to be. From starting my own 6 figure business to throwing it all away because I wasn’t passionate about it I am here to now help you step into your confidence, regain your power back, set boundaries and feel SEXY!
